What makes this one special is the pairing itself, this marks Kareena Kapoor Khan and Prithviraj Sukumaran’s first on-screen collaboration and given Gulzar’s track record of turning real incidents into taut, procedural storytelling, expectations are understandably high.  

If her previous work is anything to go by, don’t expect melodrama to expect a slow-burn investigation that trusts its audience.
