Jibraan Khan, remembered as Krishi, the adorable son of Kajol and Shah Rukh Khan in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham (2001), is all grown up and making waves in Bollywood. On Thursday, Jibraan attended the premiere of Azaad, starring Kajol’s husband, Ajay Devgn.

Dressed in a black t-shirt, blue jeans, and a leather jacket, Jibraan looked sharp on the red carpet. As he posed for photos, he noticed Kajol arriving and quickly rushed to greet her. The two shared a warm hug and had a short chat before parting ways. Kajol shined in a chic cape-style top and pants at the event.

Azaad is a period drama set in pre-Independence India and introduces Ajay Devgn’s nephew, Aaman Devgan, and Raveena Tandon’s daughter, Rasha Thadani. It hits theaters today, January 17.

Other stars at the premiere included Tamannaah Bhatia, Arbaaz Khan, Orhan Awatramani, and producer Anand Pandit.

Jibraan, son of Mahabharat star Firoz Khan, started his journey as a child actor and recently made a comeback in Ishq Vishk Rebound, proving he’s ready for leading roles.
