Mahesh Babu lent his voice to Mufasa in Disney’s upcoming movie Mufasa: The Lion King, releasing on December 20th. The film offers a stunning visual experience and explores Mufasa’s backstory, making it a must-watch for families.
Namrata Shirodkar, along with the Disney team, recently spoke to the media about the movie. She expressed her regret that Mahesh couldn’t attend, saying, “It’s unfortunate that Mahesh couldn’t be here today for this wonderful event, but I’m thankful to Disney and Shiva Prasad for bringing this to life. I’m really looking forward to watching the film with all of you on December 20th.”
Reflecting on the trailer, Namrata shared, “I’ve always loved Disney films, especially The Lion King. Seeing Mufasa come to life on screen is truly heartwarming. It’s a family movie that everyone can enjoy. The emotional journey it takes you on is something I’m excited for all of you to experience.”
Namrata also revealed that Mahesh Babu, who isn’t fond of dubbing, truly enjoyed the process for Mufasa. Other well-known Telugu actors like Brahmanandam, Ali, Satyadev, and Ayyappa Sharma also contributed their voices to the film.
