Horror Hit: Hayride to Hell & Dressing Up Halloween Now Out!

On September 24, 2024, two standout horror releases caught the spotlight. Hayride to Hell, an indie slasher film, features horror icons Bill Moseley and Kane Hodder in a terrifying revenge tale set on a family farm. Directed by Dan Lantz, it follows Farmer Sam (Moseley) as he takes brutal vengeance on local townsfolk, including Sheriff Jubel (Hodder), who try to steal his family’s land.

In contrast, Dressing Up Halloween: The Story of Ben Cooper, Inc., is a nostalgic documentary celebrating the legendary costume company that shaped Halloween for over 60 years. Directed by Rob Caprilozzi, it explores how Ben Cooper Inc. revolutionized Halloween by mass-producing licensed costumes that turned kids into their favorite pop culture heroes like Spider-Man and Darth Vader, making Halloween an unforgettable experience for generations.
