Shah Rukh Khan recently shared emotional moments from his life during a chat at the Global Freight Summit in Dubai. The actor, who has been in the film industry for over 30 years, opened up about his early struggles and what motivated him to succeed.
Shah Rukh spoke about losing his parents at a young age. He said, “My father passed away when I was 14, and my mother when I was 24. It was just my sister and me left in the world.” Reflecting on this tough time, he imagined his parents watching over him and wondering, “What must be happening to my 24-year-old kid who has no support?”
This thought made him work harder and become determined to succeed. Shah Rukh explained, “I wanted my parents to know I was doing okay, so they wouldn’t feel guilty for leaving early. I decided to make them proud.”
Now, as a father himself, Shah Rukh focuses on making life better for his children. He said, “I want my kids to be healthy and happy. They are beautiful, loving, and hardworking.”
His heartfelt words remind us of the power of love and resilience in overcoming challenges.
