Amid rumours of a divorce, Abhishek Bachchan has expressed his immense gratitude towards his wife, Aishwarya Rai, for being a responsible and sacrificing mother. In an interview, Abhishek shared that he feels lucky to be able to pursue his film career while Aishwarya takes care of their daughter, Aaradhya. He acknowledged her efforts, saying, “I know that Aishwarya is at home with Aaradhya, and I thank her immensely for that.”
Reflecting on his own childhood, Abhishek mentioned that despite his father, Amitabh Bachchan, being busy with his career, he never felt his parents were absent. “My mother had stopped acting when I was born because she wanted to spend time with us, but we never felt the void of dad not being around,” he said.
Abhishek and Aishwarya, married since 2007, have a daughter, Aaradhya, who recently turned 13. Aishwarya took a break from acting after Aaradhya’s birth but returned in 2015. Meanwhile, Abhishek has three upcoming films, including Be Happy, Housefull 5, and King.
