After reports of Sujoy Ghosh stepping away from Shah Rukh Khan’s King, it’s revealed that the director is working on a thriller with Shahid Kapoor.

According to sources, Shahid was initially interested in the script but couldn’t align schedules. Now, both Sujoy and Shahid are making it their priority to bring the project to life.

The plot details are under wraps, but it’s expected to be a gripping thriller, given Sujoy’s track record with Kahaani and Netflix’s Jaane Jaan.

Meanwhile, King is now being directed by Siddharth Anand, known for Pathaan.
