Choreographer and social media personality Dhanashree Verma has unarchived several pictures with her estranged husband, cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal, on Instagram. This happened on Monday, just a day after Chahal was seen at the ICC Champions Trophy final in Dubai with RJ Mahvash.
Dhanashree had removed all her pictures and videos with Chahal last year, including their wedding pictures from 2020. This had fueled rumors of a breakup. However, on Monday, all those posts reappeared on her profile. These included their date nights, outings, brand collaborations, wedding pictures, and other special moments.
Fans quickly noticed this change and shared their reactions. Some were surprised, while others questioned why she brought back the posts. Some even speculated if this meant a possible reconciliation between the two.
Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma got married in 2020. Reports claimed they separated in 2024, but neither of them spoke about it. Last month, Chahal’s lawyer, Nitin K Gupta, confirmed that the couple had filed for a mutual divorce at the Family Court in Bandra. The case is still ongoing.
After the split, Dhanashree faced a lot of trolling on social media, with many blaming her for the breakup. On Sunday, Chahal was seen with RJ Mahvash at the ICC Champions Trophy final in Dubai. They watched the match together and celebrated India’s win. Hours later, Dhanashree shared a cryptic Instagram story, hinting that only women are blamed in such situations.
